L’industrie du sexe a souvent montré la voie de l’innovation (et de la rentabilité) en adaptant très rapidement ses processus de production et de diffusion de ses contenus aux progrès technologiques. En les anticipant même parfois … Quelles leçons pouvons-nous tirer du community management à l’oeuvre sur ces sites ? De la lutte contre le piratage, des business modèles développés en freemium, du merchandising, des économies d’échelle, etc. ?
C’est en tout cas ce que vous pourrez répondre à votre boss s’il vous demande ce que vous êtes en train de foutre en regardant cette vidéo au bureau :-)

Je viens de regarder le reportage. Belle découverte, j’ignorais qu’en dehors d’une paire de fesses l’on avait quelque chose à apprendre de l’industrie du X .
